Guest lists can be mailed or e-mailed to me. They must be typed using upper- and lower-case letters, flush left, and must be text files, not Excel or other spreadsheet formats. Check your spelling! You may abbreviate state names in your list; I will spell them out.
Please spell out titles and forms of address exactly as you would like them written.

Envelopes: $1.50 per line. Most addresses are three lines each. Zip codes do not count as a line, however apartment numbers do, if apartment is spelled out on its own line. $1.50 additional per envelope if they have opaque linings or are dark stock that I cannot see through on a light table. I will need approximately 15% additional envelopes. Custom ink colors are available for a $20 mixing charge.
Place cards (for table): $2 each. Escort cards and envelopes (to guide guests to assigned tables): $2.50 to $3.50 each. Table numbers start at $8 each.
Calligraphy for reproduction: I can provide hand calligraphy for your invitation, which can then be engraved or printed offset or letterpress. A basic 4-piece wedding suite starts at $450. Invitations start at $300. Maps start at $500. Monograms start at $200.
Additional items, such as menu cards and wedding programs, are priced according to the amount of text involved. Feel free to contact me for an estimate.
Although I am based in upstate New York, the convenience of e-mail and overnight delivery have enabled me to work on events all over the United States.
A deposit of 50% is required before work can begin. If a job is later cancelled, the deposit will act as a cancellation fee.
